01 Introduction & Eligibility

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between dk games (dkgames.im) and all its users. dk games is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform designed specifically to serve users in Bangladesh.

Each individual may register only one account on dk games. Multiple accounts created by the same person or from the same device will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited. dk games uses advanced technology to detect duplicate accounts.

03 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use dk games services, you must meet the following requirements:

• All bets must be placed in your own name and on your own behalf

3.1 Age Verification

Dk games may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately.

4.3 Currency Policy

BDT is the primary currency on dk games. If you wish to transact in a foreign currency, auto-conversion is available at the prevailing market exchange rate.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

If dk games determines that a member is attempting to exploit the bonus system through dishonest means, dk games reserves the right to cancel that member's bonus and suspend their account.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting activity on dk games. Adhering to these terms ensures a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets once confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, dk games reserves the right to cancel the affected bet
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• Odds in live betting change in real time; the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final

6.2 Maximum Win Limit

Dk games sets a maximum payout limit for each event. The maximum payout on a single bet is generally ৳50,00,000. This limit may differ for special tournaments.

6.3 Minimum Bet

The minimum bet amount at dk games is ৳20. The same rule applies to accumulator bets. A different minimum amount may apply for free bets.

07 Prohibited Activities

Dk games is committed to maintaining a fair and safe platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Placing bets using another person's account
• Using dk games for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Placing bets by intentionally exploiting technical errors in the odds
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses

08 Privacy & Personal Data

• If a loss occurs due to an issue with the user's own device

11 Changes to Terms
